Rihanna Spotted Heading to César Restaurant in Paris After Céline Dion Concert

Parents of 19 children have filed a lawsuit against a Coolidge woman who operated an in-home daycare, claiming she abused their children through neglect, emotional abuse and emotional distress.
One parent captured audio recordings that she says document some of the caregiver’s interactions with children in her care. In one recording, the caregiver can be heard telling a child she is going to lock them up in a “dark room.” In another, she can be heard threatening the children.
Parents noticed concerning behavior changes
Sara MacDowell found the in-home babysitter on Facebook two years ago while searching for local childcare for her five children. The daycare was located around the corner from her home.
“She was affordable, said she only watched a handful of kids. She had a playroom, and we decided to trust her with it,” MacDowell said.
A few months after her children started attending the daycare, MacDowell said she noticed concerning behavior.
