Auction volume labelled ‘seasonally low’ as clearance rate hits 61.2 per cent

REA Group Senior Economist Eleanor Creagh says the auction volume is “seasonally low” amid a national clearance rate of 61.2 per cent.
“When we look at auction volumes right now, they’re certainly much lower than we typically see throughout the year,” Ms Creagh told Sky News host Ed Boyd.
“Those auction volumes are very seasonally low right now.”
