Australian authorities in Victoria have declared a state of disaster as emergency-level bushfires continue to rage, razing homes and burning through vast areas of land. Authorities say the blazes have destroyed more than 300,000 hectares, with 10 major fires still burning across the state. Three people previously reported missing have been found safe.
