Authorities are urging commuters who take the Circle Line to consider alternative transport options, ahead of a three-month service disruption starting 17 Jan. That’s even as 500 more staff will be on the ground every day to guide them. Nearly half a million people are expected to be affected daily. Charlotte Lim with more.
