British Prime Minister Keir Starmer is paying an official visit to China this week, the first by a British prime minister in eight years.

For deeper insights, here’s a one-on-one conversation with Sebastian Wood, chair of the China-Britain Business Council and former British ambassador to China from 2010 to 2015.
