Bill on land transport passed in Parliament after 2-day debate

Over 20 MPs spoke on land transport and related matters during the two-day debate. The Bill covers the mandatory installation of speed limiters in lorries, the transition to ERP 2, as well as reducing the speed limit for mobility devices and ensuring they are only used by those with medical needs.
