Residents in Old Ottawa South are raising safety concerns after spotting OC Transpo buses driving on sidewalks to navigate Grove Avenue; The National Capital Commission (NCC) has temporarily closed the Rideau Canal Skateway as unseasonably warm temperatures and rain hit the capital; and Statistics Canada reports the youth unemployment rate climbed to 13.3% in December, even as the economy added jobs overall.
