Colorado River: Gov. Katie Hobbs talks possible cutbacks | FOX 10 Phoenix

Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs and leaders of six other states are facing a fast-approaching deadline to strike a deal on how the Colorado River will be rationed.
The federal government has told the seven states that an agreement needs to be made by Valentine’s Day, but that is something Gov. Hobbs said is not going to happen. After months of negotiations, however, a recent meeting left Gov. Hobbs confident that Arizona will get its fair share of water.
