The House of Commons was filled with frustration Wednessday as speaker Sir Lindsay Hoyle and multiple MPs voiced their disbelief that Labour would send a Planning Minister to answer questions regarding the proposed Chinese Embassy in London.
Planning Minister Matthew Pennycook answered virtually none of the questions posed to him during his questions period.
