CommSec’s Ryan Felsman claims the local share market is expected to be “held back” by a fall in copper and iron ore prices as the US dollar strengthened overnight.
“Aussie shares are expected to open lower on Thursday with SPI futures pointing down by 18 points or 0.2 per cent,” he told Sky News Australia.
“The local market is expected to be held back by a fall in copper and iron ore prices as the US dollar strengthened last night.”
