This video documents day one after my hair transplant.
I returned to the clinic for my first post-op hair wash and follow-up. In this video, I share how recovery feels the morning after surgery, what the first wash experience is like, and how my scalp and forehead are healing so far.
During my visit, I also used low-level light therapy (LLLT), which is commonly used after hair transplant procedures to support healing and circulation. I spoke with my doctor, went over aftercare reminders, and checked in on swelling and overall progress.
This is an honest look at hair transplant recovery for women, especially during the first 24 hours. After my appointment, I headed home to rest and continue healing.
