Democrats ‘hesitating’ to criticise ICE with history of ‘defund the police’ advocacy

Democrat lobbyist Nathan Daschle claims there is some “hesitation” by Democrats to be “too critical” of ICE, with the left’s history of ‘defund the police’ advocacy.
“Years ago, there was a big push on the left to defund the police, and that really came back to bite the Democrats,” Mr Daschle told Sky News Australia.
“There’s some hesitation to being too critical of ICE and not blaming the entire organisation, when this is really the actions of a few.”
