US Vice President JD Vance mocks former US president Joe Biden while making a joke about walking on ice.
“I did do the Biden slow shuffle,” Mr Vance said.
“Joe Biden could fall walking up the steps in broad daylight in 80-degree weather, and nobody would mind it, but if me or the President do anything like that, it’s going to be plastered all over the news.”
