Donald Trump threatens ‘strong action’ against Iran if it starts hanging protesters

President Trump has warned his administration will take "very strong action" against Iran if the regime starts hanging protesters.
Trump spoke to CBS News’ Tony Dokoupil about what he plans to do if Iran crosses his "red line.”
"If they want to have protests, that’s one thing. When they start killing thousands of people, and now you’re telling me about hanging, we’ll see how that works out for them. It’s not going to work out good," Mr Trump said.
This comes as a young Iranian protester is allegedly set to be executed on Wednesday for taking part in the anti-government demonstrations.
More than 10,000 people have reportedly been arrested for participating in the anti-government protests.
