In this report, India Today’s National Bureau Head Munish Pandey explains the Enforcement Directorate’s (ED) latest claims linking the coal scam to IPAC. Pandey details a flowchart showing how accused Anoop Manji allegedly used a Hawala operator to transfer funds. He states, ‘It is being said that there was some money, tens of crores of money which was given by this man and this proceeds were directed to IPAC.’ The ED asserts this ‘loot money’ financed the Trinamool Congress’s (TMC) 2022 Goa election campaign.
