The struggles to find a family doctor. A new survey is out from the Angus Reid Institute and it’s painting a picture of a problem that is getting worse. Communities on Southern Vancouver Island are experiencing the same issues with some getting creative to find a fix.
According to the survey, other facets of the Canadian health-care system are deteriorating as well.
