Family members claim a police officer shot and killed the wrong person Monday night while responding to reports of a gunman in a west Phoenix home. They said the officer gunned down a father who was restraining a suspect who broke into the house. The victim’s stepson said his brother and mother told the officers about what was going on but those pleas were ignored. Alexis Dominguez has more.
