Germany’s foreign minister on China, global trade and Trump

China should use its leverage with Russia to end the war in Ukraine, said Germany’s foreign minister Dr Johann Wadephul in an interview with The Straits Times in Singapore on Feb 2. Dr Wadephul also spoke about a systemic rivalry with China, and the US’ reliability as an ally.
