‘Give people satisfaction’: Calls for a Royal Commission continue to grow louder

Former home affairs secretary Mike Pezzullo pushes for a Royal Commission.
“It’s such a shocking event, so many innocent people killed,” Mr Pezzullo told Sky News Australia.
“I think it’s just so dramatically traumatising that it’s just created this groundswell from outside of politics.
“I think the reason why we need a Royal Commission is to give people satisfaction that it truly has been looked at independently of government and at arm’s length.”
