Glendale becomes latest Valley city to approve new rules for e-bikes

Glendale has joined a growing list of Valley cities that have new rules and regulations going into effect for e-bikes and e-scooters. Riders must meet new age requirements, anyone under 18 must wear a helmet, and all riders must follow traffic laws. Casey Torres has more on the fines for those who break these new rules.
