Singapore Senior Minister Lee Hsien Loong says the government will develop programmes in the upcoming Budget to support individuals and businesses, as the country navigates an uncertain global environment. Despite strong economic growth in 2025, he stresses the need for workers to upgrade skills and for firms to reinvent, while the government continues investing in youths and education.
