Former Australian major general Mick Ryan says Secretary of the Department of Defence Greg Moriarty is a “very good selection” for the role of US Ambassador.
“Greg is a very good selection as Ambassador, I’ve had the opportunity to work with him in the past,” Mr Ryan told Sky News host Danica De Giorgio.
“He has been part of AUKUS since day one … so I think he’s a fine choice and he’ll do a pretty good job in that appointment.”
