A heavily redacted incident report on Hayden Panettiere’s death states both her on-again, off-again boyfriend Brian Hickerson and his brother Zach were present when police arrived on scene. Meanwhile, Panettiere’s mother Lesley Vogel is speaking out for the first time, telling NBC exclusively in a phone interview, “Hayden sadly lost her way and I wish it were different.
