In a Feb. 17 Instagram post, Hilaria posed with her older kids—Carmen,12, Rafael, 10, Leonardo, 9, and Romeo, 7—while attending the Alice + Olivia by Stacey Bendet fall presentation at Surrogate’s Court in New York City on Feb. 14.
