Macrobusiness Chief Economist Leith Van Onselen details how rental affordability has “never been harder” in Australia.
“Housing affordability … has never been harder in Australia,” Mr Van Onselen told Sky News host Andrew Bolt.
“Advertised rents … have risen by 42 per cent over the past 5 years … that’s added more than $10,600 to the annual cost of renting.”
