Newly obtained court documents are revealing more about how an online sale meetup turned into a suspected murder at a popular East Valley shopping center. Police announced Friday that a second arrest has been made in the shooting death of Dominic Baysinger at Tempe Marketplace on Dec. 1. Authorities said Dante Gaines, 25, was arrested on Thursday on accusations of first-degree murder and one count of armed robbery with a deadly weapon after police said he helped in the deadly robbery.
