Guests in this edition of Dialogue are Zhou Bo, senior fellow at Center for International Security and Strategy of Tsinghua University; Benoit Hardy-Chartrand, faculty lecturer of political science & international affairs at Temple University, Japan; and K.J. Noh, journalist, writer and educator.
