Rihanna Spotted Heading to César Restaurant in Paris After Céline Dion Concert

A Peoria woman received a $15,000 surprise medical bill after her insurance company’s contract with a Valley hospital expired one day before her scheduled surgery.
Terri Griffin needed reconstructive surgery on her nose after having skin cancer removed. The procedure left a large hole that required a series of three operations to repair.
“I had a little spot on my nose, and it was not going away,” she said.
Griffin’s first two surgeries at St. Joseph’s Hospital went smoothly and were covered by her Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. However, the third operation created an unexpected financial burden.
