Hwa Chong Institution and food caterer SATS are exploring setting up a kitchen on the school’s premises to prepare bento meals. They are also revising recipes and presentation of the bento meals after receiving feedback about its new hybrid canteen model. Photos of the meals went viral last week, with many questioning if the food met nutritional and quality standards. Sabrina Ng reports.
