US President Donald Trump blasts “too-late” US Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell for not giving Americans a “nice, beautiful big rate cut”.

“We have very low inflation … and growth is going up,” Mr Trump said.

“He’s billions of dollars over budget, so he is either incompetent or crooked.”
