John Goodman, Hollywood legend and Missouri State University alum, joins TODAY’s Al Roker, Dylan Dreyer, and Laura Jarrett from Springfield to talk about hosting the Centennial Kickoff Celebration Concert to honor 100 years of Route 66. Goodman opens up about what he loves about coming back home to Missouri, shares how his time in college inspired him to become an actor, and discusses his upcoming projects, “Chili Finger” which is directed by his son-in-law, and “Digger.” Then, he sticks around to play some Springfield trivia!
