A new video has surfaced in the Kanpur Lamborghini crash case, providing evidence that Shivam Mishra, the son of a prominent businessman, was behind the wheel during the accident. The footage contradicts claims made by Mishra’s father and lawyer, who alleged that a driver named Mohan was operating the vehicle. Despite an affidavit filed by Mohan claiming responsibility, the video shows Mishra being pulled from the driver’s seat by bouncers immediately after the luxury car crushed a motorcycle. The report highlights a potential cover-up, noting that Mishra was allowed to leave the scene without a medical examination for alcohol or drugs and has since moved to Delhi. Kanpur Police are expected to submit a report to the court, which will determine further action regarding the vehicle’s release and the accused’s bail. The footage also shows bouncers with walkie-talkies managing the crowd and interacting with police personnel at the site, raising questions about the initial investigation’s integrity.
