US President Donald Trump has launched a scathing attack on California Governor Gavin Newsom.
Trump called him a "lame duck" of a "failing state", criticising him for running around the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, "screaming for attention".
The president also claimed Newsom was "embarrassing" the United States.
Trump also called out Newsom for his response to the Palisades fire and his "overbudget" railroad from San Francisco to LA.
The president finishes his assault by saying it is "unimaginable" that he would run for president.
