Lindsay Clancy lawyer slams ‘horrific investigation’ over case evidence, hints at appeal strategy

Judge William Sullivan declared a mistrial in the trial for Lindsay Clancy on Friday, Sept. 4, after approximately 38.5 hours of deliberations and multiple notes about a deadlock sent to court.
Defense attorney Kevin Reddington reacted to the mistrial outside the courthouse, describing the police work as a "horrific investigation" and saying his team could pursue a double jeopardy argument in appellate court.
