Lindsey Graham’s sister Darline Graham Nordone sworn in to fill remainder of Senate term

U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham’s sister, Darline Graham Nordone, was sworn in July 14 to serve the remainder of his Senate term – three days after he died and one day after the South Carolina governor named her to fill the seat.
Graham Nordone doesn’t have any political experience. Her current career is helping people with disabilities find jobs. But she said with the support of her brother’s staff and colleagues, she feels confident she can do the job.
"I think this is what Lindsey would’ve wanted, and I plan to honor him in this way," Graham Nordone said, acknowledging her brother’s work. "Now, to Lindsey, I miss you more than I can even put into words, but I’m going to do this. I got it."
