Day 6 of the Lindsay Clancy murder trial begins Wednesday, July 29 with continued testimony from Patrick Clancy, the defendant’s ex-husband and father of the three children she acknowledges killing in January 2023, strangling them with exercise bands before an attempt on her own life left her paralyzed below the waist.
If the assistant district attorney continues taking her questioning in chronological order, he’ll soon be asked about how he returned to find the kids unresponsive in the basement, exercise bands still around their necks, court documents show. He found Lindsay Clancy outside on the lawn, paralyzed after jumping from a second-story window, with self-inflicted cuts on her wrists and neck.
The court is also expected to hear the tape of the 911 call Patrick Clancy made.
