The Lindsay Clancy murder trial enters a fifth week of testimony Monday, Aug. 24 at Plymouth Superior Court. Closing arguments are expected within the next few days, followed by jury instructions and deliberations on a verdict.
Clancy, 36, is charged with three counts of first-degree murder related to the strangling deaths of her children Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and Callan, 8 months. Clancy acknowledges killing the children in January 2023, but claims she was suffering from postpartum psychosis and was not criminally responsible for her acts.
