LTA testing new measures to help commuters find travel options during train disruptions

More real-time communication to commuters during train disruptions. The Land Transport Authority is testing various measures to help commuters better find alternative travel options and continue their journeys. These may then be implemented at stations with high traffic. The measures were stress tested during a joint exercise on Jan 24 simulating a major train disruption on the North East Line. Last month, the Rail Reliability Taskforce had recommended improving how disruptions are handled on the ground. Eugene Chow with more.
