Rihanna Spotted Heading to César Restaurant in Paris After Céline Dion Concert

Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg has reportedly purchased a sprawling waterfront mansion in Miami’s exclusive Indian Creek enclave — dubbed the “billionaire bunker."
He has become the latest California tech titan to relocate to Florida amid tax concerns.
The off‑market deal, estimated between $150 million and $200 million, places Zuckerberg among an elite list of ultra‑wealthy residents, joining names like Jeff Bezos and Tom Brady.
This comes as California lawmakers and advocates pushed a proposed one‑time 5 per cent wealth tax on residents with over $1 billion in net worth.
Real estate brokers say South Florida has seen a surge of interest from wealthy Californians seeking refuge from high state income and property taxes.
Zuckerberg’s relocation underscores a broader trend of “blue state” elites fleeing to low or no‑tax states.
