Former first lady Michelle Obama said on a popular podcast that she would actively work against her husband, Barack, running for a hypothetical third term.
During an interview on the ‘Call Her Daddy’ podcast, Michelle Obama said she would “actively work against” her husband’s bid.
The former first lady told podcast host Alex Cooper that she believed eight years in office was enough.
US President Donald Trump has joked about running for a third term, despite showing no serious indication of doing so.
Michelle Obama has previously remarked that the United States wasn’t ready for a female president.
