Minneapolis man shot dead by agent wanted to ‘massacre law enforcement’: Border Patrol

US Border Patrol Commander at Large Greg Bovino has provided an update after a man in Minneapolis was shot dead by federal immigration agents.
“The suspect also had two loaded magazines and no accessible ID. This looks like a situation where an individual wanted to do maximum damage and massacre law enforcement,” he said during a media conference on Sunday.
Mr Bovino claimed that the Border Patrol agent who shot the Minneapolis man was “highly trained”.
