More BTO flats with shorter wait times in the pipeline

Over one in four flats offered in the upcoming Build-to-Order exercise will have waiting times of under three years. One project in Tampines will be completed in less than two years, making it one of the shortest wait times since the scheme was introduced. Six projects with nearly 4,700 flats will be launched in February. Charlotte Lim with more.
