Noem in Q&A: “Your state has been an absolute disaster” on elections

During Q&A after remarks on election security, DHS Secretary Kristi Noem said the SAVE America Act will secure elections and claimed she is sure there are “many" illegal votes.
Noem also described DHS as responsible for maintaining election “critical infrastructure,” saying, “anything done on the internet is” her responsibility. She told the audience: “Your state has been an absolute disaster” in elections.
On identity verification, Noem said travel IDs are recognized and emphasized there are “many options” available.
