Northern Territory gun owners have welcomed their government’s decision to push back against national gun reform.
Northern Territory gun owner Bart Irwin says shooters have been unfairly targeted with misinformation since the Bondi Beach massacre.
The Bondi attack has sparked a push from the federal government for tougher gun restrictions.
“I haven’t ever committed a crime and nor would I,” Mr Irwin told Sky News Australia.
“Tools are tools; they are not weapons.”
