The House of Commons reconvened Thursday with an urgent question to update the House on progress and timescales regarding the investigation into Peter Mandelson’s ties to Jeffrey Epstein.

Speaker Lindsay Hoyle declared to Parliamentary Secretary Chris Ward that while he appreciates Ward being present, a Written Ministerial Statement was not enough given the scope and impact of the investigation.
