‘Not if but when’: Feasibility of Donald Trump’s potential takeover of Greenland analysed

Polar geopolitics expert Dr Elizabeth Buchanan comments on how feasible it is for the US to take control of Greenland.
“The key point is Donald Trump’s administration doesn’t put international law in front and centre of its policy making, especially when it comes to securing the US national interests,” Ms Buchanan told Sky News Australia.
“The feasibility for taking Greenland, I think, is very, very real … we have seen Donald Trump … double down on this idea of prioritising Western hemispheric security.”
