NT government to bring pepper spray use into law after trial success

The personal use of pepper spray is set to become a permanent measure in the Northern Territory.
The government is considering the move after hailing the early success of a 12-month trial.
According to data from Northern Territory Police, 2,148 individuals have purchased OC spray.
Police have identified 33 prohibited buyers.
