NZ PM calls increased government spending ‘economically irresponsible’

New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon gives a speech on his government’s reforms and why he won’t be increasing spending.
“Any party that wants to ramp up spending is being economically irresponsible,” Mr Luxon said.
“The only way to spend more money is actually to borrow it or to raise more taxes.”
