We are learning more about a Peoria home where police seized dozens of dogs on Jan. 21.

According to our previous report, the dogs were seized from a home near 89th Avenue and Union Hills Drive. "This all stems from prior animal-related cases we have investigated," police said. "The dogs will be safely transported to our City Animal Control kennels and closely monitored to ensure their well-being while determining whether any animal cruelty has taken place."

Now, police are revealing more details surrounding their past encounters with the homeowner. FOX 10’s Kenzie Beach reports.

(NOTE: This video contains footage and images taken at the home. We previously reported that three dogs were found dead at the scene, but this video DOES NOT show those dogs.)
