Raúl Castro indicted by DOJ with ‘conspiracy to kill’ charge over alleged 1996 US pilots attack

The U.S. has indicted Raúl Castro for murder and conspiring to kill U.S. nationals in an attack against civilian pilots who were trying to rescue people fleeing Cuba on rafts, acting Attorney General Todd Blanche announced on Wednesday at a DOJ press conference.
"If you kill Americans, we will pursue you, no matter who you are, no matter what title you hold, and in this case, no matter how much time has passed," Blanche said.
